Business: Appliance Repair Pittsburgh

Address: 5335 Butler St, Pittsburgh, PA 15201

Phone: (412) 351-9373

There are two ways to request appliance repair service in Pittsburgh:

Option 1 — Call (Fastest)

📞 (412) 351-9373

Calling is the most direct way to confirm coverage for your address, describe the symptom, and schedule a visit. A live scheduling conversation resolves most questions faster than a form submission.

Option 2 — Service Request Form

Complete the form below with your contact and appliance information. After submission, you will be contacted to confirm coverage, scheduling, and the diagnostic fee before the visit is finalized.

1. Coverage confirmation. Your address and ZIP code are checked against the current service area. If your location is outside current coverage, you will be notified promptly.

2. Scheduling. Available appointment windows are discussed.

3. Diagnostic fee confirmation. The fee for the service visit and whether it is credited toward an authorized repair are confirmed before the visit is scheduled.

4. Technician visit. The technician arrives, diagnoses the appliance, presents an estimate, and performs the authorized repair.

See the What to Expect page for the full process.

When describing the symptom, more detail is more useful:

Useful descriptions:

  • The refrigerator runs but the fresh-food section is warm. The freezer seems cold. There is no fan sound from the back of the freezer."
  • The washer fills and agitates but will not enter the spin cycle. It shows error code E5."
  • The gas dryer tumbles but produces no heat. All four cooktop burners light normally."
  • The dishwasher has standing water in the bottom after every cycle. It drains into a garbage disposal."

Less useful:

  • It's broken."
  • It doesn't work."

You do not need to know what part has failed. Describe what you observe.

Gas odor: Do not submit a service request if you smell gas. Leave the area, avoid electrical switches, and call Peoples Gas emergency services at 1-800-400-4271 or 911 before contacting appliance repair.

Electrical burning or sparking: Disconnect the appliance from power if it is safe to do so. Note this in the request form or mention it when you call.

Refrigerator or freezer temperature emergency: If food safety is at risk right now, call rather than submitting a form. Form submissions are not monitored in real time.
